We can file your outstanding annual returns
A2F Partners helps companies regularise with CAC before the deadline — annual returns, Persons with Significant Control records, and the compliance evidence CAC requires. You pay the official CAC fees plus a transparent service fee.
Regularising is step one. Step two is capital — and there is far cheaper money available than the 30% your bank is quoting. Take our free 90-second diagnostic and see which doors are open to your company.
Legal basis: Section 692(3) and (4), CAMA 2020 — CAC may remove a company from the register where it believes the company is no longer carrying on business.
Why these companies: ten consecutive years without filing annual returns.
The window: 90 days from the 15 July 2026 notice — approximately 13 October 2026.
What fixes it: file all outstanding annual returns, update your records including Persons with Significant Control (beneficial ownership), then send evidence of compliance to struckoffcompanies@cac.gov.ng.
If you do nothing: the company's name is struck off. It stops being able to open or operate accounts, sign enforceable contracts, bid for work, or access funding — and restoring it later is slower and costlier than filing now.
Not on the list? That's this batch only (Batch 6). If your company has unfiled returns it can appear in a later batch — filing now keeps you clear.
